How To Fulfillment
- Standard shipping charges of RM 20 nett for every orders delivery within klang valley and for every orders delivery exceed klang valley shipping charges will be calculated by postcode location & weight based, except special promotion event only availble for free shipping. We do not deliver to any address outside Malaysia
- Shipment Arrivals Day for order is based on product availability, payment & warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. shipment delivery processing will not begin until we received all the complete information and has verify received of full payment. Orders placed on weekend or on public holiday will not begin payment & shipment delivery process until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays.

- Unless otherwise agreed by us, shipment delivery of your products will be made to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to receive the parcel of your products, the carrier will leave a card requesting you to contact and re-arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
- We do not accept any upgrade, change of models or cancellation of order once your order have been placed, therefore kindly ensure you have verify all the purchase details before confirming and placing your order with us
